www.kino.de : "Anfang der 80er dreht sich bei Helmut (Fabian Busch), dem coolen "Mücke" (Florian Lukas) und dem freakigen "Schäfer" (Tino Mewes), alles um die Musik. Erfahrungen mit dem anderen Geschlecht beschränken sich auf Zoten und Wunschvorstellungen. Das ändert sich, als die blonde Britta (Susanne Bormann) die Clique entert und Helmut augenblicklich den Kopf verdreht. Als die Beziehung nach vielversprechendem Start ein ebenso unvorhersehbares wie abruptes Ende nimmt, entwickelt sich Helmut zum verantwortungslosen Tagedieb. Das muss sich ändern, findet Tina (Birgit Minichmayr).
"High Fidelity" und andere nostalgische Coming-of-Age-Komödien der vergangenen Jahre lassen schön grüßen, wenn unter künstlerischer Leitung von Hendrik Handloegten ("Paul Is Dead") das Berlin der frühen 80er aufersteht.
